Our Custom Clothing process is detailed oriented, but pretty simple.
In most cases: Place an order, come in for a fitting, come back to pick up your custom item.*
*Note for new clients, one item is made for fitting, then subsequent items are made via finalized individual pattern. In certain cases multiple fittings may be required and/or requested. Basting fittings available by request, a fee may apply.
Basically, we want you to receive compliments your image and represent us well. We have a master tailor on site to help us do just that.
In Store
Request an appointment. We will show you fabrics, styling options, sample items, and take measurements. The appointment can last from 20-60 minutes depending on the time it takes to make choices. We strongly encourage you to wear your best fitting dress shirt, pant, and jacket to avoid potentially time consuming alterations which can add 2-3 weeks to delivery time.
Online
Design Your Own custom clothing using our online design tool. Delivery takes 4-6 weeks.
IS CUSTOM AFFORDABLE?
Pricing is based on fabric, with some styling upgrades, however, unlike competitors, most hallmark custom styling options are included. Wardrobe packages save you 15%. See Pricing.
ARE OUR PRICES ALL INCLUSIVE?
Yes, with a few exceptions. Inscriptions, monograms, and every other style option is included in the price listed. Three week rush delivery, when available, and a few other upgrades are available for an additional fee. See Pricing.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Approximately 6 weeks, expedited service is available for an additional fee, when available, and takes approximately 3 weeks. Most of our competitors deliver in 8-12 weeks.

Chicago or visiting clients can Request an Appointment or call Nicholas Joseph at 312-895-1577. At your in-store appointment measurements will be taken and you can view our fabrics, styling options, sample items, and place an order.
Clients not in or visiting Chicago can simply create a design, provide basic measurements, and place your order. Read more in How to Order.

Fabrics, styling options, and sample items can be viewed anytime during business hours but custom clothing measurements, fittings, and orders are by appointment - simply because we like to take time with our designs, measurements, and fittings and prefer not to make clients wait.
