Request an appointment. We will show you fabrics, styling options, sample items, and take measurements. The appointment can last from 20-60 minutes depending on the time it takes to make choices. We strongly encourage you to wear your best fitting dress shirt, pant, and jacket to avoid potentially time consuming alterations which can add 2-3 weeks to delivery time.

Policies & Legal
COLORS AND TONES OF FABRICS
The pictures of fabrics and garments that you see on our website are photographs and scaned images that we have taken of each individual fabric swatch and garment. The colors and tones that you see on your screen may vary slightly from the physical fabric depending on the ambient light in the room, the tilt of your monitor, and color and contrast settings of your computer. Every effort has been made to ensure that our photographs are color balanced correctly and show the fabrics and garments as they appear in person. We carefully write our descriptions to reinforce the same standard.

Since custom orders are non-returnable and because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a custom-designed garment we urge you to contact us if you have any questions at all regarding any of the fabrics, colors, and textures, or are unsure of any aspect of your garment.

SHIPPING
Delivery time for most items is 4-6 weeks and all items will be shipped via USPS. You will receive notification via email when your item has been sent. Our shipping fees are calculated using the following chart: Shirts $3
Suits $7
Pants $5
Blazers $5
$10 minimum shipping fee 

ALTERATIONS
Alterations to your custom clothing will be provided as part of the purchase price for initial delivery only. We are happy to provide alterations for a reasonable fee as your body and measurements change over time. Any custom items that are not fitted within 90 days of contact by a Nicholas Joseph representative (unless otherwise arranged) will be altered at the customer’s cost. This is due to size changes that may take place and require extreme alterations or worse.

PROMOTIONAL GIFT CERTIFICATES
All promotional gift certificates are one per customer, per order, and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. No cash value, not redeemable for cash.

RETURNS
We are proud to provide our patrons with high quality products and exceptional client service. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation. Nicholas Joseph encourages clients to provide measurments as accurately as possible and provides guidance where applicable. Certain circumstances may require alterations to be made to your custom garment, however, these alterations may not always be provided free of charge.

Custom orders placed in-person or online are considered final sales and MAY NOT be returned, HOWEVER, we want to please our clients and will work with them to ensure that they are happy with their custom garments.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
When you register or purchase from Nicholas Joseph we collect personal information that will be kept confidential. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We do encourage you to sign-up for our mailing list. These emails provide you with notice of new fabrics, clothing options, styles, and special discounts. However, you can add or remove your name from our list at any time by logging into My Fitting Room and updating My Information. WE WILL NOT SHARE OR SELL YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES.

SECURITY POLICY
Your credit card information is safe when you shop on our website. When you input your credit card number at checkout our Secure Socket Layer technology encrypts your number along with your other order information and sends it us through a secure server. This website uses a (SSL) Secure Socket Layer and you can check the security of your connection during checkout. Look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window which indicates SSL is active. WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS IN OUR DATABASE.
