TERMS: No refunds on paid gift certificates. Purchased gift certificates do not expire. Unused portions of paid gift certificates will be issued as store credit.
PROMOTIONAL GIFT CERTIFICATES: We occasionally donate gift certificates to benefits and events. These gift certificates are one per customer, per order, and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. No cash value, not redeemable for cash, and expiration dates are fixed.
IS CUSTOM AFFORDABLE?
Pricing is based on fabric, with some styling upgrades, however, unlike competitors, most hallmark custom styling options are included. Wardrobe packages save you 15%. See Pricing.
ARE OUR PRICES ALL INCLUSIVE?
Yes, with a few exceptions. Inscriptions, monograms, and every other style option is included in the price listed. Three week rush delivery, when available, and a few other upgrades are available for an additional fee. See Pricing.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Approximately 6 weeks, expedited service is available for an additional fee, when available, and takes approximately 3 weeks. Most of our competitors deliver in 8-12 weeks.

Clients who refer friends that buy a custom suit receive a free custom dress shirt with any Classic fabric ($119 value). See details.

Chicago or visiting clients can Request an Appointment or call Nicholas Joseph at 312-895-1577. At your in-store appointment measurements will be taken and you can view our fabrics, styling options, sample items, and place an order.
Clients not in or visiting Chicago can simply create a design, provide basic measurements, and place your order. Read more in How to Order.

Fabrics, styling options, and sample items can be viewed anytime during business hours but custom clothing measurements, fittings, and orders are by appointment - simply because we like to take time with our designs, measurements, and fittings and prefer not to make clients wait.
