Custom clothing consultations and measurement taking is available by appointment only. Request an appointment online or call (312) 895-1577.
How long does it take?
Generally our custom clothing takes four to six weeks to be delivered. If you need your clothing two to three weeks we can arrange expedited service for an additional fee.
How does the appointment work?
We will show you fabrics, styling options, sample items, and take measurements. The appointment can last from 30-90 minutes depending on the time it takes to make choices. We strongly encourage you to wear your best fitting dress shirt, pant, and jacket to avoid potentially time consuming alterations which can add 2-3 weeks to delivery time.
Are there extra alteration costs?
No, we will make any necessary alterations after your initial fitting at no extra charge.
Do you have a referral program or are there any discounts offered?
Yes. Clients who refer friends that buy a custom suit receive a free custom dress shirt with any Classic fabric ($119 value). See details.
Do we offer custom women’s clothing?
We will be launching our custom women’s line in mid-2010 which will include custom career suiting & custom blouses made by a partner company with decades of women’s experience. Use the form below to be contacted for the launch or our custom women’s line.

IS CUSTOM AFFORDABLE?
Pricing is based on fabric, with some styling upgrades, however, most hallmark custom styling options are included. Wardrobe packages save you 15%. See Pricing.
WHY ARE OUR PRICES SO LOW?
It's simple, our appointment only service allows us to offer handmade custom clothing in luxury fabrics for less than half than our competitors. We meet with our clients in one of our 4 Chicago studios or in client's homes or offices.
ARE OUR PRICES ALL INCLUSIVE?
Yes, with a few exceptions. Inscriptions, monograms, and every other style option is included in the price listed. The only addtional fees are for 2-3 week rush delivery, fancy linings, functional cuffs, hand sewn horsehair canvas on suits priced below $1500, and a few other upgrades. See Pricing.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Approximately 6 weeks, expedited service is available for an additional fee and takes 2-3 weeks. Our competitors deliver in 8-12 weeks.
