FABRICS - Choose from hundreds of fabrics for custom clothing from entry level wool blends to luxurious Super 180s and Ermenegildo Zegna cloth for suits & clothing, 100% cotton & Egyptian cotton for collared shirts, and many one of a kind fabrics ready to be made into your custom items. Many fabrics are available in store that are not on our website.
STYLING OPTIONS - We have over a dozen shirt collar styles to choose from, 10+ cuff styles, and many pocket, placket, pleat, and monogram styles. Custom suits options include an embroidered inscription, your choice of lining color, functional sleeve buttons, athletic, regular, and loose cuts, and many other lapel, button, and styling options. Have a unique design or styling option in mind? Unlike other custom clothiers, we have direct control over our custom tailors and have already created hundreds of unique items by request from our clients - just ask and we should be able to accomodate your request!
SAMPLE CLOTHING - View the quality of our sewing & finishing process and be inspired by the finished custom garments on display.
YOUR MEASUREMENTS - Over two dozen measurements, digital photos of your shoulders & posture, and fit preference are recorded for each client and used to make an individual paper pattern that will be kept in our tailors office for years to come.
SHIRT/TIE/SUIT COORDINATION CONSULTATIONS - Bring in existing dress clothing and we’ll be happy to show you what shirts, ties, and suits best coordinate for your lifestyle & occasion or contact us for in-home closet consults.
IS CUSTOM AFFORDABLE?
Pricing is based on fabric, with some styling upgrades, however, most hallmark custom styling options are included. Wardrobe packages save you 15%. See Pricing.
WHY ARE OUR PRICES SO LOW?
It's simple, our appointment only service allows us to offer handmade custom clothing in luxury fabrics for less than half than our competitors. We meet with our clients in one of our 4 Chicago studios or in client's homes or offices.
ARE OUR PRICES ALL INCLUSIVE?
Yes, with a few exceptions. Inscriptions, monograms, and every other style option is included in the price listed. The only addtional fees are for 2-3 week rush delivery, fancy linings, functional cuffs, hand sewn horsehair canvas on suits priced below $1500, and a few other upgrades. See Pricing.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Approximately 4-6 weeks, expedited service is available for an additional fee and takes 2-3 weeks. Our competitors deliver in 6-8 weeks.
